  • 1 ½ cup                      Hot Nacho Cheese
  • 1 bag of 13 ounces    Tortilla Chips
  • ½ cup                         Diced Fresh Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup                         Diced Red Onions
  • 2 tablespoons           Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 each                         Fresh Jalapeño, cut on wheels
  • ¼ cup                        Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 cup                          Cooked Diced Carne Asada
  • ½ cup                       Fresh Guacamole, prepared
  • ½ cup                       Sour Cream

Preparation

1. Spread some nacho cheese sauce over the surface of large platter.
2. Place tortilla chips over the entire platter.
