🍓 Valentine’s Tres Leches Strawberry Cake 🍓

Looking for a sweet way to show your love? This Tres Leches Strawberry Cake is the perfect dessert to celebrate Valentine’s Day! With layers of soft, milk-soaked cake, fresh strawberries, and a whipped cream topping with a delightful crunchy surprise, it’s sure to melt hearts. 🍰💖

Ingredients:
🍶 1 can evaporated milk
🥛 1 cup of milk
🍯 1 can sweetened condensed milk
🍓 2 cups of strawberries (pureed or chopped, depending on preference)
🥄 2 cups heavy whipping cream
🍬 3 tbsp sugar
🍦 1 tbsp vanilla extract
🍪 Gold Oreos (crushed)
🍓 Strawberry Jello (prepared as per the package)
🧈 Melted butter

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Follow the box instructions for the cake mix but replace the water with milk.

Pour the cake batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely.

Mix the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, regular milk, and pureed strawberries together.

Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Poke small holes all over the cooled cake, then slowly pour the milk mixture over it. Let it soak in.

Spread the whipped cream on top.

Crush the Gold Oreos and mix with the strawberry jello and melted butter. Sprinkle over the whipped cream.

Refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors meld and the cake set.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
