Author Ericka Sanchez Creates Exclusive Agua Fresca Flavor

Vallarta Supermarkets welcomes its newest partner, Ericka Sanchez, to its stores. Ericka Sanchez is a recipe developer, photographer, creator of the bilingual award-winning website Nibbles and Feasts, and a rising foodie star.

Born in Mexico, raised in Texas, and current Los Angeles resident, Ericka has a vast love and passion for Latin food and drinks. Her new book Aguas Frescas and Paletas reflects her cultural connection through traditional Aguas Frescas recipes as well as her creative taste putting her own innovative twist on classic Latin flavors. Aguas Frescas, which translated means cool or fresh water, are delicious flavored water beverages that can be made from a variety of ingredients including, fruit, vegetables, herbs, and more.

“I am very excited to partner with Vallarta Supermarkets which is already known for its Aguas Frescas,” said Ericka Sanchez. “I cannot wait to share my newest recipe with fellow Vallarta fans.”

Her exclusive new cantaloupe and orange Agua Fresca is available now through August 31st, 2021 at Vallarta’s in-store juice bar La Isla.
