Ingredients

1/2 (8.25-ounce) jar Doña María® Mole Mexican Sauce  

1 Vallarta Supermarkets® whole roasted chicken, cut into 4 quarters and warmed 

1 cup drained pickled red onions 

Chopped fresh cilantro and/or toasted sesame seeds (optional) 

1 container (16 ounces) Vallarta Supermarkets® Cocina Arroz Rojo (Mexican rice), warmed 

Preparation

  1. Prepare mole sauce as label directs. Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.

 

  1. Serve chicken topped with sauce and onions garnished with cilantro and/or sesame seeds, if desired, along with rice.
