Ingredients

1 cup               Water

3 cups             Peeled, Diced Tomatillos

1 cup                Diced Onions

1 cup                Chopped Cilantro

2 teaspoons    Granulated Garlic

2 teaspoons    Salt

1 cup                Roasted Hatch Chile, Peeled,                                        Seeded, stemless, and diced

Preparation

1. In a stock pot, add ingredients except diced hatch chile.
2. Cook the sauce in low heat for approximately 4 minutes.
3. Let it chill them blend until chunky.
4. Pour blended sauce into stock pot, add diced hatch chile, mix well and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
5. Pour into container, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
6. Good with chips.
