2 cups ice 

1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled 

1/3 cup half and half 

1/4 cup Vallarta® Cajeta (goat milk caramel) 

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus additional for garnish (optional) 

Whipped cream for garnish (optional) 


  1. In blender, blend ice, coffee, half and half, 3 tablespoons cajeta and cinnamon on high until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
  1. Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon cajeta down inside of 2 (16-ounce) glasses, rotating glasses as you drizzle. Pour coffee mixture into prepared glasses; garnish with whipped cream and/or cinnamon, if desired.
