Ingredients
- 1 ½ liters of milk
- 20g of butter
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 small cups of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, rice, butter, and cinnamon stick.
- Heat over high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end, add the sugar and stir well (it can stick!).
- Let it cool, then refrigerate to chill.
