• Contest is open to children ages 3–12 who are residents of California.
• One entry per child. Multiple children per household may enter.
• All entries must be original artwork created by the child.
• By entering, the parent/guardian agrees to the official rules, confirms ownership of the artwork, and consents to the use of the child’s artwork, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Entries must not include any copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, or designs (e.g., no Disney, Marvel, or brand logos).
