Above all, our top priority has always been and will continue to be the safety and well-being of our customers and team members. While we’ve always practiced the highest of standards in this area, we are taking extensive action to ensure a safe shopping environment for our community. We are following the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and have implemented additional cleaning and disinfecting procedures in all Vallarta Supermarkets and offices. We have reminded our team members of proper hygiene, frequent handwashing and to remain at home if they are feeling ill and consult a health care provider.

We have reminded our team members of proper hygiene, frequent handwashing and to remain at home if they are feeling ill and consult a health care provider.

In an abundance of caution, we are suspending food and beverage sampling and the operation of self-serve food stations. Also, we will be limiting the purchase quantity of a select number of items to ensure there is product availability for more families to purchase. Our merchandising efforts have been significantly increased to meet the demand of all priority products and food our community needs during this critical time. Additional information on these limitations can be found at our stores.

We are grateful for the community we serve and the team members we have; there is nothing more important in our business, at this time, then redirecting all efforts and resources to get through this, together. We are closely monitoring and following the CDC and local public health departments’ guidelines and will take additional precautions as directed.

From the Vallarta Family to yours, please stay safe and stay healthy. Working together, we will defeat this challenge and emerge as strong as ever; you can count on Vallarta Supermarkets to be there for you.
